I drink the water! Culligan’s Drinking water surpasses any city water, except Portland, OR’s Bull Run reservoir, with its clean, crisp, satisfying taste. One of Culligan’s strongest values is the employee base representing the highest of customer service quality.
The few times I needed to contact customer service, the person was friendly and the small issue was resolved. The quality of water is great, the text message reminder is definitely helpful, and with few exceptions, due to weather or illness on the drivers end, always have my delivery as promised.
