As a laboratory it is important for us to maintain good reagent water quality. When our indicator light shows that one of our tank has met its end of use, a quick call to Culligan is all it takes. A representative from Culligan is usually here the next day with a tank replacement. The tech is very courteous and maintains a clean and safe work space. Also, after the freeze in February, our UV lamp was damaged. Culligan quickly came and replaced the lamp and we were able to maintain our required reagent water quality.
Convenient and reliable
This was the first time I had salt delivered for my new Culligan Water Softener, the delivery person was very careful bringing the salt into the house so there was no mess made. Iam very happy with this water softener - I saw that he also adjusted the settings for the new salt levels
I am looking forward to no longer bringing salt home myself and putting it in, although he did say that Culligan delivers salt for any softeners, not only Culligan..
Dylan told us yesterday that he would bring us a new cooler today. Can't wait to see that culligan truck rolling in.
