The service technician arrived on time. I told him I was concerned because the salt tank was completely empty and I. didn't know if the system was okay. He quickly assured me all was okay. He also pointed out to me before he left that I had a leaky valve on the pipe in the laundry room which he shut off for me. I had not noticed that and had to schedule my plumber to come. He was very efficient and answered any questions I had as well as scheduled my next service call and delivery.

Excellent service.
Great service with a smile
As a person who lives alone and is recovering from Spinal Surgery, I am unable to drive anywhere and therefore, I am unable to get around to pick up items without bugging one of my neighbours or ex wife so I depend on delivery. The gentleman who delivers my water and salt puts the items where I want them and that includes fillilng the water softener's salt bin. For that reason, I will be using Culligan products and services for a very long time.

Friendly delivery and I don’t have to lift the salt in the container or even worry about levels. I don’t usually get extra services but this one is worth it.
Salt delivery
Service is great. I had an appointment to get the filters changed and I called at the last minute to add a faucet mount that was broken. I thought for sure they wouldn't have the part in time for the appointment but they did. Great job!
