Prompt and friendly service
Service is very prompt and the website is easy to use. One question I do have is regarding pricing. It seems Cash Energy was more price competitive last year. A couple dollars less than other local oil distributors. When I looked up pricing for this last delivery, compared ot Maine Oil.com

The LOCAL customer service is exceptional. This is what I based my "10" rating on. However, if I were rating the "SUPERIOR" parent company, they would get a MINUS 10!
I get my bill from a different company. Superior. Confusing at best.
The company is always quick to support, we ran into a situation over a weekend where our tank ran empty. Over use by some renters through off our expected auto delivery timing. The team sprung into action, weather, house temperature and time of night were all quickly assessed remotely. A truck was dispatched first thing Sunday morning, the tank was topped up and the driver even entered the home to reset all the systems and ensure the heat was functioning normally again. Can't appreciate this enough as I am 4 hrs away.
Then on Monday the dispatch called me to apologize on the calculation error, which frankly was no fault of the company. Class act.

Unlike a competitor, your fleet provide service w/o my tanks going completely empty-great timing! Drivers are courteous, friendly, and, gratefully, capable of backing up w/o being all over a customer's lawn.
The only curiosity is that customers lock into contracts for price, based on expected rises...If prices dip, no minor rebate. (Like knocking $20 off...to make the customer feel less like they've been pillaged) But I certainly would recommend to others.
I was extremely happy that fuel oil was delivered before freezing temperatures arrived!

They are reliable and have never called for a refill. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Was worried when our local bought out but so far things have been the same.
