The girls are nice and helped me out when the system logged me twice at different times and gave me what I asked for a haircut. I felt welcomed and not rushed. I don’t like talking much and they kept the conversation light while focused on my hair. I recommend this place for cheap reliable haircut that is quick and ready to get you out of there. I also like the clocking in my time and not having to wait in the waiting room the whole time to save my spot in line.
Kiara provided an excellent service and a very clean cut. She was personable and fun. The wait was not bad for a weekend either.

I wasn't going to respond to this survey because it's focused on products and services, not people. That tells me a lot about the company, where the focus is and to be frank: I don't like it. Service offerings, products and to some extent store atmosphere are hard differentiators to lead in such a specific market and shouldn't be the primary focus of the company. This survey should be asking specifically about the people. Tell us about your stylist, what was good, what could be better? It all comes down to the people; hire the right people, TREAT THEM RIGHT, and success will follow. There is ONE reason I drive over an hour for a hair cut: Amanda Crim. Not the store, not the products, not the variety of service options. Just Amanda. She is the right kind of people, she enjoys her job, she has a great attitude AND she's an amazing stylist. I'd gladly forego the spiffy paint, sports on TV, over priced hair products, and all the gimmicks to get a trim from the right person. If Amanda was cutting hair in a pop-up tent next to the highway....that's where I'd be getting my hair cut. Do better: focus on the people, recognize them, coach and train them, treat them right. And give Amanda a promotion and a big fat raise because she's your success with this customer.

Ghaith, at the Amherst Street, Nashua NH location was OUTSTANDING, I feel like i got a 50 dollar hair cut for 25 dollars. This man put tons time and effort to line everything up right and make sure you leave happy with the haircut you received. Will be requesting him going forward.
