The online/app services are very convenient. Previous styles are saved and can be accessed by any stylist, but the stylists are confident and willing to try something different. Sports on the TVs throughout are just a bonus. I haven't gone anywhere else in years.
No matter when I come in or who cuts my hair, it’s always been a good experience. The online check in feature is super helpful with squeezing in a haircut on a busy day. Also a nice surprise every so often to get a half priced cut with the rewards.
