Your store has great hours and the staff is consistently very good.
The online check in was very easy and convenient and the wait time given was pretty spot on. If I had one complaint it would be that I was not greeted when I went in and therefore sat there for a bit before I realized I needed to go up to the counter and check in so the board would show that I was in the store. However I don’t believe that changed my wait time any. I now know in the future to go check in at the counter if not greeted upon arrival.

Everything! The staff is funny and pleasant all very nice! I had Steph who is an amazing example leader to the other staff!! I feel great leaving and about 10 years younger. I’m disabled and I can’t cut my hair so I always trust Steph as she is great at her job! Thank you 10 outa 10 Bangor sports clips 🙏🏻🤘🏻
Always feel fresh and clean after a new cut. The hair wash and hot towel top it off. Great service and staff!

It’s an efficient system. The app and electronic communication are not pushy. I always get a nice cut and a hot towel massage and shampoo for about the same price that I’d pay for just a cut in many other places.
I made an appointment online. I didn't have to wait.

it's easy to make an appointment, even as a walk-in. Staff is all friendly and doesn't rush you in and out, they make sure you are satisfied with your haircut.
