Not all stylists have training with scissor cutting. Some are very good but most are buzzcut only. Tracy is great with scissor cuts

Great price, barber took care to make sure we got it right (which doesn’t always happen at a “chain” haircuttery!)… convenience of being able to get a cut on the weekend without an appointment. Overall VERY impressed with my Sports Clips experience!
