Our first time here and they were extremely busy being the week before school starts back up and their system was down on top of it. We were greeted by a super friendly woman that was also handling another issue with a customer and helping a fellow employee at the same time. She took my son pretty much right to her chair and made him feel comfortable and asked him exactly what he wanted. My son is pretty loyal to his regular barber but she did not have any appointments. We chose this location because we were going school shopping nearby and I am so glad we did. Would definitely return and recommend. I wish I got our barbers name because she was awesome and knew people by name and you could tell she was a huge asset to this location.
Ivana does a perfect job every time she cuts my hair, I’ve never had a bad experience. Extremely professional and friendly.
Scheduling
It has been very hard to find a new stylist for my 7 year old, who saw the same person since his very first haircut. She retired in June, but this is the first haircut since that he’s been extremely happy with! He is “so ready to start school” now :)

I arrived with a coupon for a free haircut hoping that there wouldn’t be a problem. Not only was there not a problem, they literally treated me like I was a VIP guest! Everything about the experience was awesome!

This was my first visit. The interactions with the staff were all great and I got a great haircut. I definately will be back.
The App on my phone was a disappointment, It said I had 15 minutes until my haircut when I arrived and tried to sign in at the keyboard, my appointment from the app disappeared and I had to start over in the waiting line. It wasn't very long, but I waited extra time because of the App.
The main thing is I got a great haircut and I didn't have to wait too long. I will be back.
