Love the concept and service. Biggest problem is how long it takes to get in. Took days of trying as even the on line check in is full for days in a row before 5pm. Getting pricing. The massage part is kind of a joke so unless a deal I drop it for the triple play. The steam towel and shampoo scalp massage is great though.

I drive over 30 minutes just to get my haircut by her. She is also a very nice person and I enjoy chatting with her. The company is lucky to have someone like her.

Julie is amazing! She's top notch I am former military and cut my own hair for 20 years and finally decided to let someone else be creative and, "try to make me look good" she had her work cut out for her and after she did her thing I have been finding it much easier to talk to women, she definitely helped boost my confidence! And she always makes sure I have great at home hair products, I wish she could come by my house daily just before I have to leave and put whatever she puts in my hair and makes my hair look great!
