Love the personalized experience. All the special touches make it unique. Hot towels, specialized scents(for June), shoulder massage, massage chairs. Everything just adds up to am A1 experience.

Friendly staff and great haircut. I stopped going to my local Great Clips, because the manager and only other employee were rude and did not cut well. I would only get haircuts when I traveled. I will begin going to my local Sports Clips in Martinsburg, WV. Thanks!

The online check-in process saved me the wait time in the store. Ivona did an excellent job on my cut as well as the MVP service. She was personable and attentive to detail. I usually select First Available at check in, but I would always be happy to have Ivona again!
