Though I couldn't make an appointment, the wait was not too long. My stylist did a good job and listened to what I needed. I had originally wanted to go to a location closer to my home but the wait on that at that location was over 2 1/2 hours . This seems to be the norm at many locations as they appear to be understaffed. Still I would go again. They were friendly and understanding.
