I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Erin buzz cut my hair in a professional and efficient manner. She also handled a situation in the store that showed she has the ability to make quick decisions that help people on need. She was able to calm a customer down who was obviously upset about something that happened before entering the store. Erin de-escalated his angst, gave him the haircut he wanted, sent him on his way, and continued her day. Erin handled the situation with confidence while staying calm. My haircut was also the way I like it cut.
THEY ARE ALL GREAT THERE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE APP. I WISH WE COULD SET UP APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE I GO TO ONE PERSON ALL THE TIME.
