This by far, was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. The technician was professional and showed me how the process worked. He took his time and got our carpet cleaner that ever before. All the bad spots came out. Our carpet is pretty old and I thought I would have to replace it soon. After ZeroRez cleaned it, it looks many years younger. Also, the tech called me prior to arriving, showed up on time, and his truck was clean and all his equipment looked clean and well taken care of.
