Super friendly staff from making the phone call to them cleaning my home from start to finish. The technician seemed very educated on the products they use and was very informative on when the carpets would dry and when to put certain materials back on the carpet. Not to mention that it didn’t take him long at all to clean the three rooms and the free grout special they had going on. The price was perfect, however I do think the sectional quote that I was given was a little steep so I wasn’t able to get that done. Overall I will defiantly be calling them back when I’m ready for my carpets and tile to be cleaned again. Highly recommend this company.

Probably would not recommend them to anyone over 60 during the pandemic though, because I highly doubt that they are sanitizing the equipment between each visit, because they only wore booties when I asked them to in my house and was not wearing a face mask correctly. 😳

Technician was great. I can tell he loves his job and is very knowledgeable about the products and their application. He was fast and efficient. He left no clean up for me. He gave me good advice on maintenance. I've made a fresh commitment to myself to vacuum weekly (instead of only when I invite people over, LOL). He also cleaned my shower and I intend to keep it cleaner as well.
