No soap or chemicals! I have been using Zerorez for over 10 years. When I owned a home in the Bay Area they were the only service that really got my carpets clean. I tried a lot of other services like Stanley Steemer, Chem-Free. No one came close to getting the carpets looking like new like Zerorez.
I was very impressed with the young tech the company sent out. He was pleasant, caring and explained the entire process in great detail as well as actually showing me what it was all about and did. I have never been more impressed with a service person before in my 72 years and I've seen plenty I can tell you.
The actual cleaning itself was awesome. Way better than previous carpet cleanings I've had over the years and that was when the carpet was even newer than it is now. Very impressive.
