Our carpet was in a 12 year old RV and was in bad shape. My wife was not convinced that Zerorez was going to make a difference and she also asked me when it was done if it smelled like wet dog. Well it didn't and when she saw it she apologized for doubting me. The carpet came extremely clean, dryed very fast and had no smell whatsoever. My wife is a realtor and has seen many carpets cleaned and I believe that she will be recommending Zerorez to her clients. Thanks to Kyle for doing a great job.

Everything that we could see re the carpet cleaning upstairs looked good. But, when it dried an area in the tv room in front of chairs need to be cleaned again. This small area did not turn out as well as the balance of the rest of the rooms.
We also had the serviceman take all of our floor carpets for cleaning and my hope is when he returns the carpet he may clean this small area again.
He also clean out all of our ceiling returns/vent and did an amazing job....no small dust distributed when the ac is running.

This is the second time I have used your service and very satisfied.
The young man was so pleasant and informative as to how the cleaning process works. He took his time and was very conscientious about wearing a mask and protection on his shoes. Since I’m an asthma patient, I feel that my carpets are clean and very free of built up allergens.
Technician was informative and not a pushy salesman. He did a second area while he was there and it looks great. Plan on doing the carpets after the renovation is complete.
This process really cleans carpet....dries fast. Service men are polite, efficient.
