Prompt. On time. And I loved that the rugs have no residual chemical smell. The rugs were not soaking wet, so they dried completely within just a few hours. A great way to get clean carpets. I will use Zerorez again for sure.

ZeroRez did an excellent job. I like the fact that soap and heavy chemicals are not used. My carpets look great and so does my tile and grout! Highly recommend them.
