The process works well, our carpets look great! The appointment set up is easy. Your servicer was in time and efficient, as well as good communication prior to arrival. He was extremely conscientious about his work, and taking care in our home. This is our second time to use Zerorez, and we plan on continuing our maintenance with yearly Zerorez cleanings.

The customer service was great. We had a spot show up after the i rial cleaning and another room smelled musty. They came back out and retreated the spot and refreshed the room and everything is great now!
