During recent projects (snowVid) I called Zerorez
To do several services they offered.
They picked up area rugs to clean. Also during that time they cleaned carpet on our stairs, as well as cleaned three bedroom carpeting.
Zerorez also cleaned tile and grout in kitchen and bath, and bathroom shower. I am trilled with the results for a reasonable cost.
During all these services they explained each service

Stephen was my main contact. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and was cautious of all our belongings. I will continue to use this company.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Once I submitted a request someone called me within 15 minutes to set up the schedule and find out what I needed done. Beau the technician called me before he headed to my house, once he was there he called me with his inspection report and even texted me photos. He was very informative and helped me pick the best options for my carpets. He updated me through the process so I would know and was just generally very pleasant to deal with. I also love the fact that there are no harsh chemicals used. I will definitely be using them again.

Very responsive on short notice and absolutely the best most thorough carpet cleaning we’ve ever had. Jeremy was able to clear some stains previous cleaners told me were impossible. Will certainly use again.
