We have been using Zerorez for several years now to clean our carpets 1-2 times per year. This was the second time I have used Zerorez, and I will use them again when needed. I was able to get an appointment quickly - two days. The technician was very friendly and courteous. He explained what he would be doing, and he worked quickly and efficiently.

The carpet cleaning was able to get out old spots and it looks so much better than other companies I have used.

I love how clean my carpet is now. I have 4 dogs and one is a puppy, so you can guess how stinky my carpet was, but now I can lay on the floor again with confidence. Tech was really great too.
