I love the idea of having no residue after cleaning!! I have had 2 fabric recliners for 6 years, 1 has been used daily. My small dog and cat sit in it with me. It had gotten a bit grimy, especially the end edge of the arms. Rather than spending $1000 to replace them, Zerorez cleaned them beautifully! Added years more to their lives, and my budget!!! Our experience with Zerorez was leaps and bounds better than our previous experiences with another company. We have a new puppy and the carpet upstairs had a strong odor. The previous company only masked the smell and it returned just a few days later. Our technician, Kyle was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what treatment would work. He was both personable and efficient. Our carpets smell like fresh laundry. We are very pleased!

First of all, I love Kyle. He is so knowledgeable about the products. He looks things over before he starts. If he sees trouble spots, he takes care of them. He is polite and friendly. The second is very important to me.
The product....the carpet comes out really clean. I like the stain protector that you can have put on it. We have dogs. If there is an accident of some kind, you can use a little water and wipe it. The stain protector lasts thru several cleanings which is good. You don't have to pay for it each time.

We were very happy wit out service tech. He was on timed, professional and knowledgeable about the project. He offered several add on options like fabric protector for the chair he cleaned. This is the first time we used your company and we were so pleased with his service that we are considering using you for our duct cleaning project in the near future.
