I was disappointed in my carpet cleaning service this time. While the young man was very nice and attentive, all the old stains came right back after it dried. The last time you all cleaned my carpet, the man used a rake at the end to really lift the carpet fibers so the protectant was worked in well. That didn't happen this time. I just vacuumed for the first time since the cleaning (4 days after), and it was just as hard to vacuum now as it was before the cleaning.
The technician was very polite and respectful, and helpful.
