They kept their word that everything would be completed properly! Brad came and cleaned chairs again and used "velvet brush" on fabric for the nap of fabric. He was extremely capable and professional; and understood that my fabric needed this. His manner was not rushed and insisted that I approve his work.

Efficient good communication reasonably priced
the ad on kvue got my interest...no soaps, electric water and guaranteed to remove old stains. the carpet in my bedroom is about 20 years old and never been cleaned professionally. the technician told me if i wasn't satisfied, let him know and he would do it again.
i am in an electric wheelchair that grinds in dirt and mud over several years, along with many pet stains that animals naturally do. after the job, the tech asked me to take a look. i asked him if the carpet is still wet? he said no because the formula uses very little water. my eyes widened and i said, WOW. there is sill a faint stain-ring where the worse stains were, unnoticeable until completely dry. you would have to look closely and know where the stains were in order to notice. the house smelled like spring afterwards.

Question when furniture is moved can it be replaced with plastic on chair feet?
The service technician was personable and knowledgeable. The cleaning was exceptional! The tile looks so much better and the carpets are beautiful! Definitely recommend for carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning.
