The price was affordable, the results were great, but the tech you sent, Steven, was the best. He wasn’t just prompt, he called ahead and said he was able to come super early. I appreciated very much and took him up on that. When he arrived he wasted no time evaluating my needs, and ensuring he could tackle my problems, which he did. Steven was prompt, professional, friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate having him back again!

Scheduling the services is quite simple and convenient.
I was a bit put off about not being contacted, as promised in the emails/texts, before the tech arrived. Fortunately, I had awakened earlier than planned and finished moving items out of the way before the tech arrived.
I ordinarily like the feel of the carpet after the cleaning/treatment, but this time the carpet was not fluffy feeling. It was more stiff than I recall after prior cleanings/treatments.

Easy to make an appointment. Fair pricing. Didn’t have to spend all day at home while the carpets were being cleaned.Friendly and professional. Like that no harsh chemicals are put on or left on the carpets. Would recommend. Name removed
