We received fantastic service. I called and was able to get the service scheduled very quickly. The technician was very informative and did a fabulous job on our rugs and stairs, making them look new again. Not to mention loved that there were no harsh chemicals used natural items that are not harmful for our family pet. I am very pleased with the work and are recommending them to our family and friends.

Sal called ahead and showed up near the beginning of the 12 PM - 3 PM scheduled arrival. He walked the house with me to verify the rooms to be cleaned. He thoroughly described the process and estimated it would take about 90 minutes. He then got to work and was very efficient with his time, though completely thorough in his work. It was a surprise when I got my confirmation and saw that 100 square feet of tile cleaning was included at no additional charge. That was sufficient to clean the tile floor around the kitchen island and the area that was used for the dining table. Sal said the carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours. They were still a little damp at 4 hours and bone dry at 7 hours. This confirmed the claim on the Zerorez website that their process extracts more water than other carpet steam cleaners. I also appreciated the fact that no perfumes or scents were used. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process, Including calling to schedule the cleaning. Sal is a great asset to your company!
