We love our Imagine Floorplan. Good fit and finish. However, it is the SERVICE from Four Seasons roadside assistance that keeps us coming back. Any issues with the coach are usually promptly addressed and resolved. Having the technician come to us is wonderful. All the technicians that we have dealt with have been knowledgeable and friendly.

We love our 5th Wheel. We had an amazing experience with Virden Four Seasons from the moment we started our search for an RV to the day we purchased it.
We are now four years in and (minus a brief issue at the start of our ownership, which you quickly remedied) we have had the most amazing service. From the call Centre (wonderful Victoria), to service personal assisting over the phone to walk me through something simple,(and being kind, not to laugh), to our road service guys that come out and take care of any and all issues rapidly, effectively all while being friendly and personable.
It has been, for these first time RV owners the best possible experience. I would and have

Four Seasons listens and reacts on our issues. They present our issues to the manufacturer and complete the repairs accordingly. They are very pleasant and professional and handle our issues very well. I would highly recommend them.

My experience started many years ago when I needed a couple of vents for an old truck camper. I had such a great experience with the service department that I bought my first new camper a 28BHS. Now we own a Grand Refection 315RLTS and Four Seasons Virden have been excellent to deal with. We love the road side assistance because we live in northern Manitoba. Four Seasons Virden is our dealership of choice and we have recommended them to many of our friends and family.
