Service is good, Roadside assistance also good. VERY disappointed with product. Main entrance door very hard to open and close, rubbing hard on top corner, new one ordered in May. Fridge quit working, no idea when new one will arrive. Numerous water leaks in kitchen island, front compartment, wood all swelled. Dust leaks in storage compartments, lower middle slideouts can actually see the ground when they are closed

After careful research, we found a Grand Design Transcend model with the exact floor plan we wanted in a travel trailer at the Virden Four Seasons location. We received outstanding service from the time we entered the shop to the time we drove away with our purchase. They go above and beyond to make your experience as seamless as possible. From the paperwork, to the walk through and demonstration of the trailers features, to installing the hitch saddles and hooking up the truck. Entire team is absolutely fantastic!! All we had to do was drive away.........
