The mobile service was great. There was some crossed wires but nothing serious. The service folks were friendly and did a good job. I've never been to their location/sales room, so I cannot speak to it.
The salesman (Darrell)was quite knowledgeable about the trailers. We received a good offer for our trade in and a excellent price on the new trailer.

Starting with preview of trailer, to delivery, to after sales service Four Seasons is tops. And it doesn't stop there. I've been able to find needed accessories and received great advice from techs. One more thing. You can't beat the winter storage deal. I skipped it once and am going back to using the service. You can't go wrong going with the best.

The on road service is great, It's obviously built in the price but it is very necessary as these new RV's are complete junk compared to 10 years ago.
My husband and I dealt with Marlon when purchasing our travel trailer from four seasons in virden. He was very attentive, down to earth, and always answered our texts in a very timely matter. I do think he did his best to get us the best deal and threw in some “extras” which is always nice when you’re spending so much of your hard earned money. We chose to buy from Four Season mostly because of their great service, we’ve heard so much about! Happy Camping!
