In May we had purchased our second brand new trailer from four seasons. Unfortunately, we had ran into a few issues with the trailer within the first two months. The bed had broke on the very first day and had to be fixed. Next was the fridge just wasn't getting cold and sometimes work sometimes didn't we had lost a lot of food and thrown out well over $150 worth of meat and other items., 2 months later the toilet had an awful smell and the fridge had quit working almost completely by then so we made a all to A roadside assistance and someone was sent out the very next morning. I can't express how great the service men were who came out They were both amazing! Even though the fridge was much smaller than the original one he made sure that he noted that I will need a new one in May as I have closed up the trailer for the year. Unfortunately, it's sad that these issues came up within the first two months of owning a brand new 2024 trailer. This service provided to me was exceptional and would highly recommend for seasons because of their service!

We are very satisfied with the sales and service staff at all Four Seasons dealerships. They have responded quickly and serviced our needs very satisfactorily. We have some issues with the manufacturer's workmanship which we are working with the Winnipeg dealership to resolve.

The BEST Service ever!!!

Very quick service when I had a small problem with my hwt. The problem had nothing to do with the trailer, but my inability to find the back of the tank.

I only wish the Winnipeg location could hold the same standards as Virden. Small town touch is definitely missing from Winnipeg location.
