We are quite happy with the service. All the staff at the Winnipeg store have been very accommodating and attentive to our requests. All service has been completed satisfactorily and timely. The product (a 2024 Open Range 20MB) has had many faults and imperfections which we feel are a result of poor workmanship and lower standards than other trailers we have had and looked at. We are sure Four Seasons will address and rectify these issues but the manufacturer needs to improve their construction and finishing touches.

I liked the way we were treated in Virden. The sales person was did a good job of showing us options that we might be interested in. Our recent service call for our newest purchase was was quick and thorough. Between the 3 dealerships I've visited (Winnipeg, Medecine Hat and Virden) I think I would make the drive to Virden again for making a purchase.

I had a trailer in need of a new roof, on an insurance claim . I was assured the trailer would be clean when I was to pick it up, it was not. I was assured that the work would be complete and it was not. I showed up in December to pick my unit up after repeated phone calls that it was ready to be picked up .Only to find the roof vent had been left open for 6 to 8 weeks . rain, snow had accumulated inside. When I told the service department, I was advised that now worries we do that all the time . Nobody ventured out to see if there was anything they could do . When I came back with the extra parts they left inside , the service manager tried to tell me what was related to the repair and what was not . As if he had the magical powers to even know what caused the damage , but ate crow when I produced the pictures . Never said he was sorry for the accusations tho,,,,
The Road Service Repair crew does deserve the paise that one could give .It took 2 tries but the service men and women were very professional and completed the repair to our satisfaction.
