We are quite happy with the service. All the staff at the Winnipeg store have been very accommodating and attentive to our requests. All service has been completed satisfactorily and timely. The product (a 2024 Open Range 20MB) has had many faults and imperfections which we feel are a result of poor workmanship and lower standards than other trailers we have had and looked at. We are sure Four Seasons will address and rectify these issues but the manufacturer needs to improve their construction and finishing touches.

I liked the way we were treated in Virden. The sales person was did a good job of showing us options that we might be interested in. Our recent service call for our newest purchase was was quick and thorough. Between the 3 dealerships I've visited (Winnipeg, Medecine Hat and Virden) I think I would make the drive to Virden again for making a purchase.
