Sales and service

Our fridge stopped working while we were camping. We called you and you had to replace the old fridge. So we went with a bigger fridge. You had to do some cutting to make it fit. It looks awesome. Not only is it bigger but I love it more. We have recommended you in the past because of your service. Definitely will be recommending you again. Thank You.

Service was good however , when they gave us a date it would been nice to know at least morning or afternoon or evening . Out tech showed up at 7 was a long day waiting .

Having mobile service technicians is a wonderful way to support your customers. We have used them a number of times and they have been able to resolve our issues with our four seasons imagine trailer.

we bought two year old unit and was basically strong armed into the ~600.00 pre delivery on the unit and it hadn't been pre delivered at all. Shower taps wouldn't shut off so continually dripped when water pressure was present and soaked the floor if you didnt close the spring loaded shower curtain ( your mobile service did get sent out and replaced taps N/C 10/10 ]
The trailer cupboards glass was just smeared with hand prints, one of the propane tanks was almost empty, spare tire almost flat, wheels hadn't been checked ( i checked and retourqed ) and over all hadn't been cleaned at all. We are extremely happy with unit over all and would recommend your facility based on response by the service manager? at Headingly store as well as super Dave the salesman.

The sales person we had who was Matt MacLean was awesome. He was very patient and showed us everything we needed to know about the trailer we were interested in purchasing. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend him.

Road service is awesome. Wide variety of products available at the store and a very friendly anf helpful staff. Have bought four units at this buisseness and have been very happy with the service at all levels

Although there was a mix up with the scheduling of the service. That was rectified and the service technician was prompt and the repairs were made.

Very professional and stayed till the job got done even though they had to come out 3 times to fix our furnace.

The RV had so many deficiencies out of the factory. But 4 Seasons has taken care of most of the issues and we expect that they will take care of the rest of the issues.
