My experience started many years ago when I needed a couple of vents for an old truck camper. I had such a great experience with the service department that I bought my first new camper a 28BHS. Now we own a Grand Refection 315RLTS and Four Seasons Virden have been excellent to deal with. We love the road side assistance because we live in northern Manitoba. Four Seasons Virden is our dealership of choice and we have recommended them to many of our friends and family.

We had an issue with our converter running all the time and finally after 4 service calls you guys figured out what the problem was. The breakaway brake plug was pulled. This should be something that is passed on to other service persons. It may not happen often but it is valuable info. We do love our unit.
