Our camper was in for a repair to lag bolts, which needed to be accessed from the master bedroom. Instead of removing the carpet from the outer edges to keep it whole and intact, the tech apparently sliced the carpet in the middle, and then after the repair was made it was just stapled down so there are rough edges, it’s not down tight, and it’s going to fray over time. (Not to mention it would cut up your ankles if you brushed up against it. This carpet wraps the ‘curb’ that runs along the length of the bedroom)
I would hope that the techs would be more conscientious when taking things apart for repairs.
To make things right, the section of carpet should be replaced.

Worst customer service I have experienced ever.
We were told by the sales rep that the unit qualified for a "lifetime" warranty because it was relatively new. When meeting to close the deal, we found out that the warranty was limited to certain items and conditional on paying for yearly maintenance after the first year. A more comprehensive 5 year warranty was offered at cost of $4,000. It would have been useful to know these details before agreeing to the purchase.

We bring our Trailer there each year for inspection and the roof looked at, this year we had to replace the roof, Scott in service is the 1 that I see each year and he is the best as far as we are concerned very pleasant to deal with and always called us to let us know what was going on and the progress of our trailer statice.

Heather was great working with us to confirm that the RV we came in to see was the perfect fit and within our budget. She was a pleasure to work with and it was very thoughtful to decorate the RV as the gift that it was.
Kyle was instrumental in offering the warranties necessary to get over the ‘buying a used RV’ concerns that we had. He was enjoyable to work with as well.
Last but not least, Jeff took us through the entire RV on our walkthrough. He was thorough and incredibly patient with us rookies while going through every device, switch and any thing else the RV offered. Thanks to Jeff, we confidently drove off the lot with our motor home.

I purchased a New Camper in Sept 2022; it has been in for repairs 3-4 times to complete and fix several problems with it. On 10/30/2022 I left it again so they could complete the list of repairs not completed. There has been a serious lack of communications between the service dept personal and to me. After having the camper for 2 months I was called to explain that the wrong color microwave was delivered and wanted to know if a black microwave would be ok. I purchased a stainless-steel microwave and that what i expect to be replaced. I was told he didn't care what color; it could be purple as far as he was concerned. Attitude was not called for! You folks were very happy for my trade and my down payment and the sale! I expect the repairs will be completed by 12/19/2022as it would be almost 3 months to complete the repairs. I will be there to pick up my camper as to return to Florida with it.
I'm not being unreasonable to feel that this should have been completed and ready for pick up on or by the 19th of this month.

We were specifically looking for a Grand Design camper and having a local dealer is a huge plus.
The Service is always great, and the products are4 also great. I always tell people that if You buy an R.V. from Alpine Haus, You can practically go right out and go camping with it.

Spent over $60,000 on an RV and when I bring it in for warrantee work, they wanted me to pay for them to look at it to see if it would be covered. This is my third new rv this has never happened to me with the last two.

Takes way too much time to get my motor home repairs done. Forever Warrenty is becoming a joke.!!! Dropped my motor home off Oct 31 st and it's November 6 th today and it's still not ready.
