lack of communication. My father has been having issues pre-Covid and even after i got involved it took months (about 3) to get resolution with me having to be the one to ask for updates. The technician was great and quickly resolved the problem. But for only being there 30 mins the cost to get him there was outrageous. When my father purchased his RV he was told you would come winterize it for free etc seems to me lies told to an elderly person to get a sale.
We have had several minor issues that have yet been resolved. Service manager was looking into some of them. Promised me a phone call by the end of next business day. 5 days later still no word. Worst service company ever
I was not able to reach the dealer by phone at all. I had to drive there to get an appointment. Over 50 miles. And I purchased two rvs from them. They were able to get me one and resolve my problems however. Some things were covered and some. Were not. I do appreciate there help in getting me going. But communication is very bad.
While it’s a little soon for us to share our thoughts on the product we just purchased (day 2, loving it so far though) we can share that the entire experience with Alpin Haus in Port Jervis, from start to finish, was a 10! Each associate, from sales, to service, to finance, was exceptional! And “demo Dan” did an amazing job walking us through our RV covering every aspect of it, inside and out! What a great touch and testament to the teams dedication and interest to truly ensure that their customer understands what they are purchasing and can take full advantage right away! We are not only excited over our purchase, but also over the relationship and partnership we truly feel we will continue to have with Alpin Haus of Port Jervis.
Alpin Haus had the travel trailer we wanted in stock at the right price. They made arrangements to have the RV delivered to our seasonal camp site. The pre delivery instructions from First name removed were excellent. I would recommend Alpin Haus to a friend.
Everyone i worked with were great!! No high pressure salesman. We changed our minds a few times and they were very understanding. They were very patient with us, they showed us numerous rv .
Everyone at Alpin Haus was very friendly and helpful. Nick was able to steer us in the right direction on what we wanted. Jeff was very informative when we went to pick up our RV. James made it a little less painful parting with our money. Will definitely do business with Alpin Haus.

I would like to talk to a real person when I call the service dept instead of waiting for a return phone call.
I've always been satisfied with both sales and service at Alpin Haus. We are now on our second tow-behind camper and years ago we bought a pop-up camper from them. They've always been a great place to do business.
We are very happy with the service we received from our advisor, Randy R. Knowing that we live in our fifth wheel full time, with our cat, he went out of his way to make sure all out warranty parts would be in stock in time for our appointment.
This was my first time using Alpin Haus. The service team members were fantastic to deal with in getting the work scheduled and when I arrived the day of service. The mechanic was a very nice gentleman and completed the work perfectly. I am very pleased with Alpin Haus and will use them as our go to RV shop going forward.
I'm not happy that you charge for a road call when the call is for a warranty repair.

I brought my unit in mid April for few little easy fixes. I had to wait to be completed until mid August
They never answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not answer messages
They forgot to shut off the house batteries, which drained them dry and stayed like that for months with the consequent damage
They told me a balance amount and when I went to pick up my unit they wanted $400 more
I asked to fix the rear left light, they charged me for that, but still not working
Two years ago they broke a piece of my slide out. They recorded the damage commiting to fix it, but the new management refused to honor the commitment, saying that it was not their problem
Somebody climbed to the roof, leaving a sniker rubber mark, then they vandalized my unit carving a word in the left wall with a sharp object
After I picked up my unit I found a recently dead rodent in the kitchen cabinet
About what you can do to make it right? That, you will have to figure it out. Me, I'm NOT coming back there, that is for sure
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable techs. Very good at explaining everything to the customer. Fast turnaround on repairs (once they get the parts which isnt their fault)

There was a problem delivering the trailer to our campsite. The first time there was no truck available for 2 hours or more. We arrived a little after one and did not get to our site to around 5. Otherwise, we are very happy with the service and the people working there.

Your technician did an excellent job installing the window in our recreational vehicle. The problem is that I had to pay for two windows. Because I measured the first window it came in and it did not fit. I was charge for the window.
More thorough inspections of equipment. I discovered my refrigerator was not wired correctly when I got home with my new trailer (2022 jayco jay flight slx 8)
Our salesman was very professional and took the time to show us several models of the RV we were interested in. The walk through with a service staff member was very informative and well done.

Timely manner
When a quote is given over the phone for work that was done on your trailer an email should be sent that day before works is done. We were quoted a price that was given on the phone saying the work was done and when we went to pick it up it was double the price. We did get a loyalty discount as we were customers for over 20 years or more at this trailer repair. But since it was bought out by Alpin Haus customer service has changed. You can never get thru if you call any extensions. My phone call that is suppose to go up to Oakridge NJ goes to Amsterdam NY this is ridiculous. And no one calls you back for days….
It needs to change or you will be loosing customers…

The work we have had done on our 1991 Prowler was always satisfactory. However the customer service was always subpar. Communication was nonexistent unless we initiated it and then insisted on it. In addition the pricing for labor was high, especially when we the customer had to research the solutions. We felt as if we were paying for the service department's learning curve. We would only recommend AlpinHaus because they are the only service shop in North Jersey.

Interior service access panel in rear compartment was not put back on -- wires exposed. Kitchen draw had been removed but never put back in correctly. It would help to advise customers that in order to perform a given service, certain areas must be cleared.
