Totally satisfied with service; I sold my camper to my neighbor who knows nothing about campers (I don't know much either). The service man was right on time, he performed an inspection, moved the camper next door and gave the neighbor a complete seminar on how everything works. The neighbor is happy and I'm happy that I can use my driveway again.

Contact with service center is very difficult.
Telephone: leave messages and no response
Text: response is always delayed, at best. Sometimes no response.
No proactive calls describing status of repair or when work is / will be complete.
Once i travel to service center, everyone is professional, considerate, and helpful.
Worst service experience of my entire 63 year old life. I brought my 2021 Newmar Bay Star in for replacement of water heater. That was taken care of, but my TV lift was left partially up and the Bose speaker was missing. When I called, the only response I got was a police report would be filed and the police would be in touch. That has not happened, 3 weeks hence.
Communication was totally void, and service advisor rude, defensive, and when escalated to manager, only marginally better. You can replace my Bose speaker, that would help. Otherwise, my advice to avoid this service department completely will be widely posted. Amelia Name removed
When they worked in my trailer they left all mud foot prints and they left the lights on and the battery went dead when they worked on the electric Control panel they cracked and broke the cover The people I dealt with were very good and professional but your mechanics must have a lot to be desired I would like the electric control panel repaired I had them do a complete wheel bearing repacking now I am worried about the workmanship I am also worried about the battery they ran dead that they took some life away from it I would like the battery sensor fixed and the outer cover replaced Thank you for your concern it means a lot
It takes a long time to get parts and get work done to get the unit back . Finger prints left on the work spot

I was in need of an emergency repair and was seen in a couple of days from my phone call. The part was there and installed in an additional couple of days, I couldn't be happier with their service department.
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable that we spoke with.
To start, your Saratoga office sucks. I had to leave my trailer there for the whole month of June to have the freezer and awning fixed. Then I take it to Amsterdam which Randy Robb did have the freezer fixed as best as possible. Now I find my fresh eater tank leaks . I paid to have the trailer winter sized and ready for spring, to find out there is a leak in the fresh water tank and the protection plate under the trailer is damaged not by me. I believe my trailer should be replAced by Alpin Haus. I’m still considering the attorney general’s office for retribution.
Good workmanship by technicians. Very difficult to contact service reps, they don't answer the phone. Kim and Kelly were a big help with this.

I was happy to find a camper that I wanted and not had to settle for. The Rpod model is exactly what I wanted.
Outstanding customer service, friendly, welcoming. We had service done on our Tiffin Allegro Bus. The service department exceeded our expectations, corrected our initial problem and even addressed another issue by fitting us into their very busy schedule. They expedited the service to accommodate our personal needs. Their lounge area is comfortable and spacious, free popcorn, coffee, tea cocoa and pet friendly. All the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We will return if their services are ever needed while we are in the area. Thank you Alpin Haus!!

Everyone from Sales, to closing to delivery was very helpful and friendly.
We were happy until we got home and realized there were some things that needed attention. Called up and spoke to Keith. Said he would have someone call. Never heard from them
The service was performed in a timely manner and the service advisor explained the surge protector link on our phone.
We would also like to thank Crystal for all her help navigating our warranty case through Grand Design and Lippert during the past 5 months. She was quick to help get us answers to our questions through out the process.

my rv went for anual warenty service and I had problems with water pressure from the water tank, I told them and my rv is home now and I still have the same problem
The overall showing was. Great , but to fast,
It was like buying a car, after you leave you forget everything! But we love the motor home. We are setting it up and can't wait to travel

I was given a price on a trailer four weeks ago a price was given two days later on a different trailer without me knowing this past Friday went into negotiate on the trailer thinking it was Trailer number one and it was not it was trailer number two with less options when I found this out they wanted to up charge me to get the two options put on the trailer the old bait and switch
I have used both the Port Jervis and Saratoga locations. In every instance, the staff has been very friendly. The service departments have been excellent in the scheduling as well as the actual service.
The unit is always available at the time promised.
Salesman lied repeatedly and service failed to have parts they said they had but later made it up to us by repairing it on our premises.
The staff is beyond helpful. we have had multiple problems with our new camper, which we did not purchase from them. They fit us in multiple times and worked around our schedule as we are full time RVs.
