Great service
Good service no pressure
You charged me $300 for doing inspection it took 15 minutes and then told me that my problems were not warranted yet you sold me a contract for bumper to bumper protection
Quicker service appointments
Excellent service dept- Tellaro product very disappointing- Attempt to trade for an alternate product after less than one year yielded a less than fair trade in value.
The service department customer service is terrible
We’ve had issues with our new camper since July and a few Serice calls later issues not fixed due to terrible communication
When we were told we has a life time warranty we were not told that it would be a charge each year when we bought the RV in for the yearly check up. We were not told that after we brought it in to have repairs done that the repairs had to be approved by Forest River and we would have to bring it back.
Service Dept is always very helpful, no matter how many questions I ask!!!
Excellent customer service
We love the entire staff at Alpin Haus from the service to sales.Trey is amazing!!! It is a pleasure dealing with him. He is so professional. If I ask something he's not sure about, he will find out and always gets back to me quickly. He is so accommodating when we need service which is so important to us since we come from Long Island. You have had my RV since June, you tell me how to make me happy! First year I bought it same thing spent most of summer there.
Awesome staff quality work
Did a lot of research and your getting back to me, your knowledge, and your prices all helped me make the decision to go with Alpin Haus. We have bought and RV before and this has been the best experience so far.

Friendly, competent & beautiful lounge to wait in!
Heather was our sales person, she is a lovely and genuine person who cares about her customers. Very pleased with her customer service, attention to details and she listened to our needs and tried to show us the best camper set up to suit us. You have a great sales person with Heather
Also I was impressed with Lances knowledge about the camper, his attentiveness with answering questions and gave a very through walk through. His customer service and attentiveness should be commended.
