The Zerorez technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. His expert work got my old carpets cleaner than I thought possible!

They arrived on time, explained the process, cleaned the carpet, and all is great.
I did have extra done so it took longer to completely dry, but that was expected.

The technician called to let us know he was on his way and arrived at the time stated. He worked quickly and efficiently. The carpets looked great afterwards. The carpets dried so much quicker than other companies we have used in the past. It's a little too soon to tell if the stain spots will return but so far, looking good!

The last service I had was my couch cleaned, as I'd spilled a cranberry on it. The man wore booties as I'd requested and did his utmost to remove the stain. I'd laid blankets to prevent the hose from damaging the floor. Great job!

A bit earlier this year I had zerorez clean my bedroom carpeting. I asked him to wear booties, as my wood floors had just been refinished. He said the company didn't allow him to wear booties. So I got out towels, blankets and more for his feet and cleaning tube to not damage anything. First, he did a great job on the carpeting. Second, he scratched my floors in the hallway with the hose.
