The quality of Zerorez is superior to any other cleaners I have used. The young man, Tony, who cleaned my carpet on February 1st was outstanding. He was professional, and had to deal with a broken elevator. He managed to reach my condo using the hoses from the driveway. That was above and beyond his responsibilities. I was so happy he cared and made it work. Please acknowledge his tenacity. A rare thing these days.

Jason, the gentleman who did our carpets was communicative and kind. He did a really good job. Everything went exactly as I was told it would go. There were no surprise fees. The carpets look great and they don’t smell like chemicals!
I didn't really watch or was told what was being used and how the process was done. I've seen many advertisements on Seattle Refined, that's why I thought I would try the company. The young man showed up at 5:15 pm finally to do our carpets. Livingroom,hall and stairs. It was getting dark out and not best lighting in our house for carpet cleaning, would of preferred to have them cleaned in daylight. He was very professional,nice and personable, did a good job especially on our stairs was finished within 1 hour. I will use the company again but would prefer daytime and see how the process works to compare w your advertisements on Seattle Refined.

How long the carpet stays clean.s
The service technician was very thorough and considerate of doing a good job. The service was fast and took care of my needs at a better price than most cleaners, who were very overpriced for a basic cleaning. Very good as an overall clean when that is what's needed.
