They are so professional and take care of their customers. I thought I scheduled a cleaning and it turned out I was only receiving an estimate.
Zerorez got the cleaning done and I am very appreciative of them changing their schedule to accommodate me and cleaning the carpets. The young man that was there did a great job and wasnāt rude about his schedule being changed.

Pet friendly and excellent results
Excellent customer service and great communication are prominent in Zerorez. Tyree was great when he got to our house. He was professional and answered all my questions. He got straight to work after I showed him around and let me view each room after he cleaned it. The best part was thereās little to no smell after our carpets were cleaned. I was relieved to not get a headache from the smells that other companies use when cleaning carpets.

I have used Zerorez numerous times and have always been extremely pleased. The thing I like the best is the way you clean my rugs that are urine stained and has odor imbedded in them. I do the best I can with my little dogs, but they are the main reason I started using Zerorez.

The only issue I have is with your hidden fees. You should let people know up front there are other costs involved.
Treatment costs, hose costs and any extra treatments are a added charge. I was quoted $188 for 3 rooms plus one. I ended up paying $288 + tip.
No extreme chemicals
Dre was the best technician EVER! Super patient, not pushy and explained everything in detail while using EXCEPTIONAL listening skills to do what we requested. I highly recommend Zerorez and more importantly Dre to be your technician of choice. AWESOME JOB!!!!
How clean the carpet is, after cleaning , without all of the chemicals. I was a bit disappointed that after requesting a certain cleaner, that they sent someone else, without asking. I had already prepped everything and planned for clean carpet that week. So, didnāt have much choice and was nervous, because I had only used DA Burns in the past and my carpet is new. I worked out though, price was on the higher side, for what I had done.
We are very happy with the carpet cleaning. I had a couple rooms with some stains. The gentleman that came over got all of them out. I am not kidding. 8 don't normally leave reviews. Felt this has worthy of some true honest feedback. I will definitely use and recommend you in the future.
