Service people are most pleasant and take the time to go over what has been booked. If there are any questions before service. Tours the home and spots any possible problem areas. They have you check out each area that has been cleaned before moving on to next. Finished in a timely matter and continued to assure me if there were any other questions now or later I could contact them

Your carpet cleaning is environmentally friendly without the use of any harsh chemicals. I have had our carpets cleaned twice in the past by Zerorez and was always pleased with the results. The young man (Tyree) who did our carpets this time, however, did above and beyond what I expected. The carpets looked amazing!
