I love that there was no odor and my rugs were dry within a day. Unlike when we had our rug clean before it was sopping wet for three days and there was such a strong odor that we could barely stand it.

I love the process that Zerorez follows with cleaning. I love to see the debris that gets brushed up. So fascinating to see the amount of stuff left over after vacuuming.

I liked that Zerorez only uses super-water to clean, and isn't adding anything else that will leave a residue to attract more dirt. The carpet cleaned was white, and had been in my home since 1989, and now looks almost like new again. Thanks for getting out the stains caused by my 19-th month old great-grandson.

I liked the woman who answered the phone and helped me sort out what I needed and costs. I liked the man who came to clean the carpets (Jay). He was professional and courteous and took the time to explain what he was going to be doing and what my options were. The work was good; the rugs turned out well and the cost was reasonable. :)

Colin, my tech, called to let me know when he was going to be here. He was on time and explained the whole process to me. He let me know about how long he would be so I could plan the rest of my day. The process is quite unique in that it cleans and deodorizes without soap suds and leaves no residue. I'm not sure I understand the ph in the water process, but I was able to walk on my clean carpet within minutes. The carpets looked great when he had finished and he said if any of the stains reappeared within 90 days, they would come back out and make it right. I was totally satisfied and told my friend about Zerorez. She wanted the number and said she was interested in calling for an appointment for her home.
