Excellent customer service, from scheduling, to having Nathan our technician complete our carpet cleaning. After initial online scheduling a few weeks ago, I called and spoke with Denise, who was very friendly and helpful in assisting with adjusting my services and price quote over the phone. Denise called me again exactly at the start of our scheduling window to update me on the technician’s current status, and Nathan our technician called a short while later to inform me of when he was planning on arriving. Nathan arrived at the expected time, assessed and confirmed all the work that was to be done, was patient with and answered all my questions, and performed the carpet cleaning efficiently and professionally. Nathan’s services were top notch and I would request him by name for any future visits. The carpet looks great and I would recommend Zerorez without hesitation.

Product really works! Zerorez was able to remove spots that I had come to believe we're permanent. Everyone was very professional, from the people on the phone to all of the cleaning staff.

My carpets have not looked this good since the day we installed them. I seriously did not want anyone to walk on them. Mike was the person who came and cleaned them and he was great. Very professional, friendly, and put up with our dog that has no boundaries. I didn't have to worry about chemicals or residue in the carpet. Excellent results!

Nathan did a great job and we were very happy with the results. When we get ready to finish the house we would like to have him back.

Very professional service. I was informed about my reservation and arrival of my technician throughout the week and day of my cleaning. Cleaning was quick and look much cleaner (and drier) than I have experience with other cleaning service. I will definitely use them again.

In addition to having my air ducts cleaned, I had a water spill (5 gallons) on an area of my carpet, so I had this area cleaned. I was exceptionally impressed by how well the cleaning lived up to the advertisements. I had just had my carpets cleaned in August of this year and the little area that was cleaned up looked and felt so much better. I will be calling ZeroRez again when I need more work done. The technician arrived promptly and completed the job quickly. Our carpet looks better than it has in years, and we were able to walk on it again that evening. The puppy spots are gone and we are totally happy with Zerorez.
