I was able to set up an appointment for the week I wanted and was sent reminders thru e-mail and phone messages as to the date and time window, and on the morning of the appointment, I was contacted by Zerorez and updated as to the status of the Tech and approx. arrival time. The Tech called when he was 30 minutes away. Derrick arrived and started working right away told me about the 3-step system they use to clean the carpet.

I have been extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning services by Zerorez. The staff and technicians are helpful and professional. The cleaning results are better than with any other service I have used. In fact, a couple years ago I thought that I would need to replace the carpet in one room due to some oily stains. After cleaning, the carpet continues to look almost new.

The Zerorez process leaves the carpets clean and they stay clean longer. Previously I opted for a treatment in the heavy use areas that prevents dirt and stains from penetrating the carpet fibers. That was a good choice since the technician said that at this cleaning any soil was easily removed. I had that treatment applied again this time.

Edward our Zerorez tech was wonderful. Although he doesn’t move furniture I was able to move everything that hadn’t been moved out of the rooms while worked.

It has been one week since I had our 4 rooms cleaned and Jared did an excellent job. He was efficient and went out of his way to explain to us what your product was and how it worked and I have been very satisfied since our rugs were cleaned. He left the rugs as dry as possible and everything was finished in about an hour and a half. It did take longer than 4-6 hours to really dry but it was not a problem. Thank you for a job well done with a very good employee.
