The technician, Kareem Lopes was great! I needed to reschedule my first appointment which he agreed to, unfortunately the main office did not get the dates correct and failed to advise Kareem of the change. This meant he had to come out for a second visit. Kareem was understanding and very pleasant. He thoroughly explained what he planned to do and executed accordingly. Finally, he told me to wait 2 weeks and see if the flies come back, if so, he will come back out.

We recently experienced a plumbing issue that led to a palmetto bug (cockroach) infestation in our home. Janaya did more than simply service the house.
