Josh Rayburn is my service guy and he is great. Very Professional and notifies me well in advance to work with my schedule. I can ask him anything about bugs and he knows .... I do not want to see any....none...anything that moves. Thank you Josh!

The customer service is outstanding and the treatments used are great at killing unwanted insects in my basement. The preventative program is an excellent value. My tech Giovhany is always super professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant! I would absolutely refer Terminix to friends and family.

The technician, Kareem Lopes was great! I needed to reschedule my first appointment which he agreed to, unfortunately the main office did not get the dates correct and failed to advise Kareem of the change. This meant he had to come out for a second visit. Kareem was understanding and very pleasant. He thoroughly explained what he planned to do and executed accordingly. Finally, he told me to wait 2 weeks and see if the flies come back, if so, he will come back out.

Dear Terminix Team,
I am a Terminix customer, and I would like to take a moment to recognize my service technician, Janaya Holton, for the outstanding service she provides.
We recently experienced a plumbing issue that led to a palmetto bug (cockroach) infestation in our home. Janaya did more than simply service the house. She took the time to explain what was happening and gave us practical, helpful tips to make our home safer and prevent the infestation from continuing.
One of her most valuable recommendations was to cover the holes around the piping in our bathroom. That advice made a noticeable difference in reducing cockroach sightings and helped prevent the need for repeated service calls. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and follow-through truly gave me peace of mind. I hate cockroaches, and her guidance helped restore my sanity.
Her professionalism benefits both your customers and your company. It has saved me from calling for extra services and saved Terminix time and money as well. Our family owns a small business, so we understand firsthand that good employees are what allow a company to grow and prosper. Employees like Janaya do not come along often.
