Friendly efficient and the problem was pretty much fixed within a week.. you get what you pay for and I went with a small business at first nothing happened with terminix there was dying bugs before they left on the first visit.
The reason I gave a score of 9 because the prices keep going up each year without notification. It was be great if they stayed the same for awhile. I love the service that Ken gives to my property. Ken is a great representative for your company. I give Ken a 10.
