We are told ahead of time when our guy will be coming, and receive a text or email when he is finished. He always stops by before he leaves, and gives us a report, and asks if there is anything else he can help us with. We NEVER see bugs in the house. I can call the office and get any information I need, and everyone who works for the company is always nice and helpful.

I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of your technician Lance. He always is great at keeping me updated on treatment times and checking to see if I have any issues that need addressed. I really appreciate that he protected the food & water of my outdoor cat from the treatment. He not only noticed the issue but took the time & showed his kindness in making sure to keep the food & water safe. I was sick & hadn't managed to do so. I was so relieved when I saw his kindness. Communication was excellent both ways
Both the inspector and the technician were timely, although the inspector told me the technician would arrive around 1 pm and he came at 11:30. Luckily, I was home.
