All the staff was excellent from Nickauds the inspector to shaun the rat expert to both Charles. The only problem was the chronology of when what got done. So, when I heard rat movement in the walls five days ago (so this Christmas Eve, so last Thursday 19 Dec) I thought that rats had been trapped in the crawl space. So we called immediately and Charles came by, confirmed that there were still rats in the crawl space, but that the exits were still open. They were eating the poison and could exit to die outside the house perimeters. He explained that terminix would seal the entry points in warmer weather. So, that explained the chornology more clearly.
