The employees who cleaned my carpets were very professional. They listened to all of our concerns, explained the services they offer, and did a great job!

They arrived right on time. They were extremely polite and my carpet was so clean when they were done that it looked like it was brand new! I will recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends, they are the best!!

the cleaning solution cleaned up some really, really old, stubborn stains, it was amazing they are gone!

Cody was the one who cleaned our carpets. He was very kind and did a great job! The carpets looked great when he was finished. We have a puppy and Cody was able to get the little stains out that she has made. Definitely will use this company again in the future!

Hi,

I wanted to provide some feedback on the carpet cleaning service I received yesterday.  Or, last night to be more accurate.  I received

a follow up email requesting feedback but I do not want to post my feedback on Facebook or google, so I am sending an email instead.

My service was originally scheduled between 2pm-5pm yesterday, got a call around 4pm stating they would be later, around 6pm.  At 6:30pm, 

I still had not heard from the technicians (grrrr!) so I called and was told they were just finishing up, and would be here around 7pm or I 

could reschedule if that didn't work.  Since I had my areas prepped and had moved everything out of 3 rooms and my house was 

a wreck, I needed this to be done on the date agreed upon.  The customer service rep offered me a 10% discount, which I appreciated.

They showed up around 7 and I was afraid they would rush through since it was so late, but they were AWESOME.  Nick and Andrew (?)

were very professional and thorough!  Nick checked in with me before and after completing each area, and made sure I was happy with 

the results.  I was very pleased with the results!

Also - The order didn't specify that the steps needed to be done - I was very clear that only half of the steps were carpeted 

since I have a split level house and didn't want them to charge me for a whole flight of steps. They weren't included in the work order

or estimate and I was pretty upset about that since I made a point to mention it when placing my order - what good does it do to clean the 

floor but not the steps leading down to the floor??  Nick saw the problem and immediately fixed the situation.  Even tho it was 8:45pm, he 

went ahead and put in the extra effort to make sure the job was done right and completely.  I was VERY grateful, esp since it was not my oversight.

Bottom line:  I was really not 'feeling the love' for Zerorez as a first time customer when they (finally) showed up, but their over the top effort

really changed my attitude.  :)  Carpets look great and I would rate the guys 10 out of 10 for service and professionalism. I will 

highly recommend your service, esp if all your technician teams are as great as those guys!
