The service was good, the technician was very helpful in explaining everything, went over all options, and gave some good deals. The only thing I would say is that yes you have specials but what can be done just for specific requests. Like just coming to do rugs? Have some type of special. Other than that I feel that Zerorez is great and would recommend it to family and friends. Oh, and if family and or friends do use Zerorez from my recommendation. Some type of discount on next cleaning would be nice.
