Very good cleaning method without soap.

The technician was really thorough and explained the process before he started. He showed me all the nastiness that was in my ducts once he was finished and made sure that he answered any questions that I had.

My carpet was unbelievably filthy and stained. Now it looks and feels practically like new. Ryan worked incredibly hard, and I was amazed at how clean the carpet is. I would definitely recommend or use your service again!

It was amazing how good the carpet looked!! It was incredibly dirty and had been much abused by the people who lived in the apartment before us, and even with our own cleaning it looked like the carpet would soon need replaced, but after you cleaned it, it looked like it would last at least another year or two. Even the landlord commented on it, she said our apartment was the cleanest she'd ever seen after a move-out.

Ryan did a very good job and was very professional. I do believe the schedulers should mention taxes in quote when cleaning is scheduled shouldn't be job of cleaning to mention for first time

Efficient service and the products smelled nice.

I like that the chemicals are kept to a minimum. With pets and small children, that's important. I was pleased with the process to schedule a visit and with the price point of the special that was offered. They had a very reasonable service window and adhered to it - my time is very limited so that was appreciated. The service technician was very personable, offered me additional services but it was not a "hard sale."

They did an excellent job on my carpets and also my area rug. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
