The tech explains everything thoroughly and was Willis to demo other services that they offer (grout cleaning). The product is excellent. There is a light clean smell, no chemical odors. It dries very quickly. The technician who came to my home on 7/30 was so wonderful. He was thorough in his explanation and work. He took the time to take care to keep my house clean by covering his shoes and door. He worked very hard and quickly. He took the time to offer to clean other rooms in my home and I didn't feel like he rushed the job.

Clean , minimal odor

Despite the carpets being older, the long standing dirt was removed and they were left looking newer. The service agent was very personable, knowlegable, and explained things thoroughly.

Technician (David Bierema) was very prompt, professional, and very courteous. I had ceramic tile grout cleaned and sealed - it looks like new! Dave was very informative about all of your products and explained their purpose. As a result I had some of the protective coatings, etc. done on my carpets.
