We had moved into a house with visable damage consisting of urine and/or possibly feces on the carpets. The 2 workers Cody and Anthony,were very professional and helpful with all my questions. I could not believe that Cody actually had to get down and sniff test the carpets for the presence of bad odors. In our case it was cat/dog urine. The products used left a very pleasant smell afterwards. Couldn't smell anymore of the urine anymore and all the stains were gone. Really happy with our finished product! Thank you zerorez!

The carpets looked great after the cleaning. Your rep told us when he got to my house that he accidentally backed the truck over my lawn, which we said was ok. However whenever we finally left the house later in the day, we realized that the truck actually put deep grooves in my lawn. I plan to have my lawn replaced this spring, otherwise it would have been a big problem.
It was quick and it cleaned some very dirty carpets. I will be using Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs. Also, the price was quite reasonable.
I like that you only use water, no chemicals. The carpet looks perfectly clean now. The dirt and spots have all been removed.

The carpets smelled fresh and clean when Cody was done cleaning them. He did manage to get some of the high traffic areas cleaner than they were, though the carpet is very old. I was happy with the results!
