The technician was very courteous and very thorough. He listened to our concerns and what we wanted. He looked carefully at the most problematic areas and then spent the necessary time going over places multiple times to make sure our carpets were clean and free of animal fur that was left by the pets of the previous owners of our home.

When we need our carpets cleaned again we will definitely call Zerorez again.

We like that no chemicals were used to clean the rugs. They were on time and took their time to do a good job. I like that I have thirty days to see if any spots reoccur and if so that Zerorez will come back to clean the area again. All in all it was a good experience.

I liked how quick and simple the process was. No hidden fees or charges. I also liked the pictures that I got to see because I was curious what was hidden in the vents!

Highly recommend! Our technician, Bruce, was excellent! He did everything he could to help meet our needs and is very knowledgeable. Our carpets smell and look so much better. I will definitely be using them in the future.

There’s no chemical residual left in my carpet. The texture is like brand new ! Ryleigh worked her butt off scrubbing the carpets clean and now that they’re dry we can truly see how clean they are! No chemical smells. No residue left on our feet. The carpet is safe for our dog to lay on after as well.

3rd tech who finally accomplished cleaning my rugs was excellent. His name is Vance.
He was more resourceful in solving the length issue and took his time to do a thorough cleaning and treating of my carpets. He represented Zerorez professionally and courteously. Zerorez needs more techs like Vance!

I like that we received a phone call prior to their arrival to inform us as to the time they will be at our door. David and Dante introduced themselves and proceeded to inquire about what rooms where to be done. After walking throughout the house Dante explained the additional services, duct cleaning-upholstery-carpet finishing services; scotch guard and bacterial cleaning etc.
They applied care to our furnishing to avoid any unnecessary nicking or marks. Upon completion, they had my husband and I review the work for any of our concerns. Very professional and courteous; they took pride in their work.

My husband and I were not happy to see once they left, there was a large stain on the front parking area where the liquid obviously leaked. It did wash away with the rain later in the day but found it funny that we paid a $15.00 disposal fee and ended up with some of it at our property.
