Donna and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I am not giving a 10 is due to the pet stain up charge I was told that they would treat these areas for an additional 60 a room thinking there would be some heavy duty treatment and work done. The tech literally went around with a can that treated the stained areas which didn’t even take 10 min. I am sure there was extra attention paid to the spots but I was charged 60 on top of the 40 per room. I understand a slight upcharge but 60 is a little overboard. My price quote was around 240 ish for 4 bedrooms and steps and a hallway plus 60 in product and after all is said and done I paid over 500. They were here an hour and a half. Even though I was told I was getting free stuff it just didn’t seem like treating my pet stains should have increased the price that much. . I am a repeat customer too.

Service was quick and easy. We called for an appointment on a Saturday, and they were able to come out on Monday. We received a call letting us know they were on the way. Carter showed up, looked at the area we wanted cleaned, and suggested what was best for the area. He worked quickly, and thoroughly, and did a great job. My carpets look great, and weren’t wet very long. I’m very pleased with the way my carpets turned out.

I thought my carpets were going to need replaced, they were that visibly dirty..... a family member recommended I try Zerorez before replacing the carpeting. I called and they quickly scheduled me for the day I wanted; a day later that week. I was given an up front estimate about the cost of the carpet scrubbing; which was a very fair price. I received text reminders and emails related to my appointment. The day of the service, Dave the technician called and let me know the time that he would be arriving at my house. He arrived exactly when he said. He was friendly, quick, efficient and respectful of my house. He didn’t have an assistant, but it only took him 2 hours to complete the job which was basically my whole house. The carpets turned out AMAZING!!!! They look almost brand new. I never would have believed the carpeting would come so clean! I am very appreciative of Dave and Zerorez for the fine service I received. I would highly recommend Zerorez to everyone!!!! I still look at my carpeting, and can’t believe how they came so clean!!!!
