The technician was very good and responsive. He showed flexibility to come out when we were available and he was very knowledgeable. We understood the need to for some additional level of cleaning but he also did not try to scam us and upsell a lot of additional charges (we would have canceled the appointment if he had tried).

We are waiting for everything to dry now and will consider additional services in the future.

The process does a very good job getting our carpet which is cream color nice and bright and it stays until the next cleaning. Happy with the great result.

I am a first time user & heard about your company from a person who listens to the radio. I did not want wet carpets for several days, checked your website and made the appt. Spoke with Curt who was very helpful. Donna explained everything upon arrival and went to work on my carpets. There were some areas that were very soiled and she worked hard to make them look really good. She was very careful, neat, polite and very professional. I was happy to have her in my home. I am very pleased and would recommend your company.
